Lockton SG-SBML23 - 3582 Style Mortice Lock

This is a replacement lock for some of the less reliable locks such as Lockwood Pentagon 

This lock is commonly used on aluminum doors and places that have a limited space to install a mortise lock. This is the lock only, you will need to add handles and lock cylinders. See the related tab for more parts for this lock. When this lock is fitted with a lever, the lock then complies with building regulations and some fire regulations. This lock can be configured to be a lock on both sides and just one. You can install a lock cylinder on both sides and just one. Different handles are available.
